PCC GUIDELINES FOR HALL USE
Do NOT attach anything to the beams. Please use
the existing wires for decorations.
Do NOT use scotch tape, nails, staples, glue
gun, or duct tape on any hall surface (including tables and chairs). Please use ONLY masking tape or decorating putty for
decorations.
Do NOT move or remove fire extinguishers or fire
labels.
Do NOT hand coffeepots over edge of counter.
Mop up any liquid spill immediately for safety
reasons. If liquid of any kind results in the need to refinish the floor, the cost of refinishing supplies will be deducted
from the damage deposit.
Do NOT allow anyone to use birdseed or glitter
dust in the building or on the sidewalks near the building. Birdseed only (not glitter dust) can be thrown on the lawn or
out on the parking lot.
Contact the caretaker or the PCC officers immediately
for any electrical or plumbing problems.
Do NOT drag, scoot, push, slide or pull anything
not on wheels across any floor surface.
Do NOT remove any PCC property from the building
(tables, chairs, appliances, etc.)
Renters and their guests may NOT park or block
the drive-thru or park in the smaller blacktop lot adjacent to the swimming pool. This lot is reserved for PCC members only
using the swimming pool. Violating vehicles could be towed away, at the owner’s expense, without verbal warning according
to posted warnings against illegal parking.
The individual / organization agrees to not allowing
anyone in the rental party using the facilities under the assigned rental agreement period to stand on the chairs or stand
/ sit on any of the tables.
If any marks are made on the walls or wanes coating
by tenants, the tenants are responsible for removing those marks. If the tenant is unable, for any reason, to remove the marks
the tenant is responsibility to notify the hall manager or one of the board members of the situation(s).
These guidelines also apply to anyone doing the decorating
and/or setup. The person signing the contract must have anyone helping be aware of these guidelines. Any violations of these
guidelines by anyone in the renting party will result in the loss of part or all of the renter’s deposit.

USE OF PCC FACILITY PATRONS. SIGNED AND APPROVED ON 11 JANUARY 2004, BY THE PCC BOARD.
PARKWOOD COMMUNITY CLUB
HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT
-
The use of the Parkwood Community Club (PCC) facilities
as checked above includes also the use of all the equipment associated with that particular facility.
-
The Organization / Individual is required to pay a damage
deposit in the amount of $________ payable at the time the contract is signed, in order to reserve the facility for the date
desired. Any damage to the facilities of property must be disclosed by PCC within fourteen (14) days of the occurrence as
required by law. If, after use of the facility, the Organization / Individual shall have fully and faithfully complied with
all of the covenants and agreements herein contained, the deposit shall be refunded to the tenant as soon as possible. However
if the agreement has not been performed the Tenant will be notified within fourteen (14) days of withholding any or all of
the refund. If the agreement has not been faithfully performed, the deposit shall be applied to the payment of all damages.
If the damages are greater than the deposit, the additional amount shall be paid by the Organization / Individual. An accounting
of the damage shall be made to the tenant by PCC within fourteen (14) days of the date of use, as required by law.

The Organization / Individual agrees to pay a rent in
the amount of $_________ for the use of the facilities indicated above. This full amount will be paid prior to the date of
use, by check, cash or money order, payable to PARKWOOD COMMUNITY CLUB. If paid by personal check, the amount must be paid
a minimum of twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of use.

CANCELLATION. If this reservation is cancelled by the
Organization / Individual a minimum of thirty (30) days before the scheduled use, the deposit shall be refunded in full. Cancellations
made less than thirty (30) days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless PCC is able to rent
the facility to another tenant for the above cancelled date.

The Organization / Individual assumes full responsibility
for the condition of all facilities and equipment used, and shall return the same at the end of the rental period in the same
order, condition, and repair as when possession was received.

The Organization / Individual agrees to be bound by all
of the rules regarding the use of the premises of the PCC’s facilities and equipment. The Organization / Individual
shall also comply with all the rules and regulations of any governmental body applicable to the use of the Club premises,
including (but not limited to) State, City and County Departments of Health, and the Washington State Liquor Control Board.

The Organization / Individual agrees to make arrangements
with and pay either one of the cleaners trained and recommended by PCC or a licensed professional cleaner. Disclosure of cleaning
personnel hired is mandatory upon release of the key to the facilities. Presentation of a receipt, for services paid, may
be required in order to return the deposit.

The Individual (non-Organization) signing this contract
shall be fully and personally responsible for all portions of this contract.

The person signing this contract as agent for the Organization
has the authority to act for the Organization in an official capacity, and to bind the Organization for the Date, Time and
Purpose of this agreement. He/she guarantees the performance of the agreement by the Organization.

HARMLESS AGREEMENT

(Tenant) shall indemnify PARKWOOD COMMUNITY CLUB (PCC, Landlord) against all liabilities, damages and other expenses, to include
reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of any suits, which may be imposed upon, incurred by, or asserted against, the
Landlord by reason of any of the following occurring during the term of this agreement, which is in any way related to or
caused by any act or omission by the Tenant:
- Any use for condition of the rented property
or any part thereof, or any street, alley, sidewalk, curb, vault, passageway, or space, adjacent thereto;
- Any negligence on the part of the Tenant, it’s
agent, contractors, licenses, or invitee;
- Any personal injury or property damage occurring
on or about the rented property or any adjoining street, alley, sidewalk, curb, vault, passageway, or space;
- Any failure on the part of the Tenant to perform
or comply with any covenant required to be performed or complied with by the Tenant hereunder for any breach of the rental
agreement;
- Any violations of the laws of the city, county,
state or Federal governments.
If
any action or proceeding is brought against the Landlord by reason of such occurrences, the Tenant, upon written notice from
the Landlord, will at the Tenant’s expense, resist or defend such action or proceeding by counsel approved in writing
by the Landlord, such approval not to be withheld unreasonably.

The Hall Manager (HM) is the person you MUST CONTACT to get the key. The HM will meet with you after rent has been
paid in full at a time that is mutually convenient to give you a key, do a walk-through, make sure you have whatever materials
are required, and confirm the presence and condition of the equipment. The HM will check the facility and equipment after
use, collect the hall key, and take applicable notification concerning the damage deposit.

PCC Membership Fees
NOTICE: The following are
new dues changes for membership as of January 1, 2013 When prospective members are offered a membership, there is a requirement
initially to pay three months dues plus a one time non-refundable registration fee of $35.00
for households with 4 or fewer people ($20.00 for those 60 and older). Households
with 5-8 people under the same roof: $50.00 Households with over 8 people under the same
roof: $65.00 Monthly
dues are as follows beginning January 1, 2013: Single person: $15.00 Couple
(living under same roof): $23.00 Household
(people living under same roof): $40.00 After the first three months, dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Dues must be paid by the first of the month. There is no grace period and membership will
be cancelled and locked out for non payment. To be reinstated due to unforeseen
circumstances the member must present their case at a board meeting, whereby the board will discuss and decide
a resolution. If no arrangements are made the member will be placed at the end of the
waiting list for a new membership. Please mail payments
